  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (for that classic golden colour)
  • Spring onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the Noodles: Start by boiling a pot of water. Add Dragon King Egg Hakka Noodles and cook according to the package instructions until they’re perfectly tender. Drain and set aside.
