Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dragon King Vermicelli
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds or mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped beans
- 1/4 cup peas (optional)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Steps to Make the Delicious Upma:
- Roast the Vermicelli:
